- The previous form in myIECEP is a database used by IECEP National. In order for us to process your application in Manila Chapter we also need your information for easy data access and extraction. Rest assured that the information you share to us is protected by Google and is only accessible by the IECEP Manila Secretariat and the Vice Governor for Internal Affairs.
